Area realtor honored by magazine

VERNON — Kathryn Kim Loizzi, a realy associate at Realty Executives' Vernon office has been selected as a New Jersey Monthly magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent for 2014.

The Five Star award is given to New Jersey Realtors who, through an extensive research survey, are evaluated by their clients and other real estate industry professionals based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, closing preparation, helping you find the right home, marketing the home being sold and overall satisfaction.

The award process is conducted annually and given to the top 1 percent of realtors in New Jersey.
