Barry Lakes hosts annual evening out

The dance floor included several women wearing flappers, which were common in the 1920s. The ladies spent more time on the dance floor than the gentlemen.
"DJ Dubbz" a.k.a. Eli Edwards of R4R Entertainment provided the music for the evening.
VERNON — “The Great Gatsby” was the theme for this year’s annual Barry Lakes Cabin Fever Dinner & Dance.
Despite four inches of fresh powder added to the 30-plus inch snow base, of the 140 people expected, only a handful couldn’t attend.
The dance floor also saw several women wearing flappers, which were common in the 1920s. Dinner was catered by Milano Ristoranté of Hardyston. “DJ Dubbz” a.k.a. Eli Edwards of R4R Entertainment provided the music for the evening.
