Cedar Mountain school holds math assembly

VERNON — Cedar Mountain Primary School recently held two math assemblies on Jan. 23 called "Math Magic and Mystery."

Craig Collis, math educator and professional magician, was the presenter of the assembly. Collis used magic, games, music, comedy, and audience participation to keep the audiences engaged and mystified.

This assembly program meets state and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Standards.
