VERNON — Over 20 health and wellness businesses and organizations shared information at the Fall into Health and Wellness Fair held on Saturday Sept. 30 at St. Francis de Sales Church.
Demonstrations, flu shots, area health care providers, healthy tips and snacks were enjoyed.
