FRANKLIN — Sussex County officials will celebrate the opening of the Franklin Viaduct Bridge on Monday, Dec. 30, with a ribbon cutting at 1 p.m.
The bridge is the stretch of Country Highway 631 that travels over the Wallkill River and the New York Susquehanna & Western Railroad. A plaque will be dedicated to former state Sen. Robert E. Littell's years of public service to the citizens of Sussex County.
