D.O.G.S. of Vernon to host pictures with Santa

VERNON — D.O.G.S.​ ​of​ ​Vernon​ ​will​ hold​ ​its​ ​annual​ ​Pictures​ ​with​ ​Santa​ ​fundraiser​ ​on​ ​Saturday​ ​Nov. 18,​ ​from​ ​11-2​ ​p.m.​ ​at​ ​the​ ​Vernon​ ​Dog​ ​Park.
Attendees​ ​can​ ​come​ ​anytime​ ​between​ ​11-2​ ​to​ ​get​ ​their​ ​dog’s​ ​picture​ ​taken​ ​with​ ​Santa​ ​and​ ​Mrs. Claus.​ ​The​ ​cost​ ​is​ ​$10​ ​for​ ​three​ ​high​ ​resolution​ ​digital​ ​photos.​ ​
Kids​ ​can​ ​also​ ​be​ ​in​ ​the​ ​picture.​ ​
In addition,​ ​there​ ​will​ ​be​ ​gifts​ ​for​ ​dogs​ ​and​ ​dog​ ​lovers​ ​on​ ​sale​ ​that​ ​make​ ​great​ ​stocking​ ​stuffer​ ​gifts. A​ ​rain​ ​date​ ​is​ ​set​ ​for​ ​Sunday​ ​Nov.​ ​19.
All​ ​proceeds​ ​benefit​ ​the​ ​Vernon​ ​Dog​ ​Park,​ ​which​ ​receives​ ​no​ ​money​ ​from​ ​the​ ​township​ ​of Vernon​ ​or​ ​its​ ​taxpayers.​
