Highlands Bank employees participate in Vernon Day

The following Highlands Bank employees participated at Vernon Day with Bank President Steve Ackmann: Sharon Sofia, Jason Rivera, Rick Caggiano, Christina Caska, Catherine Miller, Nancy Kimble, Stephanie Moyle, Mary Alexander, Sandy Sisco, Stacey Yurchak, Kristie Fuhrmann, Julie Boerner and Teri Walker.
VERNON — Employees of Highlands State Bank and President Steve Ackmann participated in Vernon Day on Sunday, June 8.
Sharon Sofia, the Vernon branch manager, who managed the event for Highlands was announced participants in the 5K race; Jess Mahon, Sandy Sisco, Kristie Fuhrmann, Julie Boerner and Stacey Yurchak.
Furhmann came in first place for her age groupand Sisco was second. Jason Rivera was third in his men's age group.
