The new Vernon CVS opened on Saturday. On Saturday before the store opened, Assistant Manager JoAnna Houghtaling of Ogdensburg and employee Kate Lasorsa of Barry Lakes were putting the finishing touches on the displays and stock throughout the store.
VERNON — The new Vernon CVS/pharmacy opened its doors to the public on Sunday, followed by a ribbon cutting.
A grand opening is scheduled for Jan. 2, which will be preceded by a town-wide announcement via mail.
Store hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. with abbreviated hours for the pharmacy department.
