The Main Library, 125 Morris Turnpike in Frankford, will host Create Your Vision for the New Year on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 1 p.m. Using guided imagery to help visualize goals, Elizabeth Bell, Cofounder of the White Oak Center in Sparta, helps each participant translate the ideas in their head to tangible images on a vision board. Relaxing and fun, creating a vision board can also be the first step to achieving goals in the coming year. All materials will be supplied. This is a free program for adults.
