Newton Theatre thanks volunteers with holiday party

NEWTON — The Newton Theatre management hosted a holiday party for their volunteers and staff on Sunday, Dec. 15 at the theatre.

Everyone enjoyed the Italian food, wine and delectable desserts, with Christmas music in the air. Co-owner Jonathan Peirce toasted the group and thanked them for their time and efforts in being an integral part of every show.

On show nights, volunteers assist with greeting, ticket taking, ushering and concession sales, as well as many other little details. They are essential to the success of the theatre and their hard work is not only noticed, but appreciated.
