Schulaka joins Center for Mindful Change

NEWTON — The Center for Mindful Change, LLC enthusiastically welcomes Beth Schulaka, LCSW to their clinical team. Beth is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience working with adults and adolescents seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and those simply seeking to improve the quality of their lives.
In addition to providing psychotherapy services at the center, Beth works in the Acute Partial and Intensive Outpatient treatment programs at the Newton Medical Center, as well as teaches educational wellness workshops in the community. Beth’s warm presence and extensive experience in the field of behavioral health make her a welcome and natural addition to the Center for Mindful Change, LLC.
The Center for Mindful Change, LLC, began in 2006 and is comprised of gifted clinicians dedicated counseling and coaching others so they can find their path to mindfulness, reflection, recovery, and a well-attended life or career. The Center treats individuals, families, couples, adults and adolescents through various services including, but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnosis, Meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, and Group Therapy.
