Skylands March for Babies planned for April 27

    The Skylands March for Babies will take place Sunday, April 27 at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Aguusta.

    Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with the walk beginning at 9 a.m.

    This spring more than 500 participants from all over Sussex and Warren counties will walk to help give every baby a healthy start.

    March for Babies is the flagship fundraising event for March of Dimes and is held in hundreds of communities across the country. The dollars raised support community programs, education, and life saving research right here in New Jersey.

    articipants enjoy refreshments before the official start of the walk. The Skylands March for Babies route is 3.5 miles long and takes place at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. Volunteers and local business sponsors provide activities, entertainment, refreshments and lend support all while promoting their business to those who live and work within their community. All walkers are greeted at the finish line with cheers and music to celebrate their great "Feet" for Healthier Babies.
