    Dec. 5
    Christian DelGado, 25, of Franklin was indicted by the Sussex County Grand Jury on charges of aggravated assault, a third-degree crime.

    Dec. 16
    Jillian Martin, 24, of Huguenot, N.Y., pleaded guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 31.

    Martin admitted that on Feb. 26, 2012, in the township of Wantage she entered a residence with purpose to steal property.

    Donald Neubauer, 45, of Newton, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornographic images, a third-degree crime.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 31.

    Dec. 17
    Lisa Hart, 41, of Branchville pleaded guilty to theft by deception and conspiracy, both third-degree crimes.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 31.

    Hart admitted that on September 20, 2012, through December 16, 2012, she conspired with another to steal money by issuing fraudulent invoices for services that had not been rendered.

    Dec. 19
    William, O'Neill, 38, of Hampton Township was indicted by the Sussex County Grand Jury on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, a fourth-degree crime, and unlawful possession of a weapon, a fourth-degree crime.

    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next two weeks.

    David Vargas, 46, of franklin was indicted by the Sussex County Grand Jury on charges of aggravated sexual assault on a minor, a first-degree crime, sexual assault on a minor, a second-degree crime, endangering the welfare of a child, a third-degree crime and failure to register under Megan's Law, a third-degree crime.

    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next two weeks.

    Danny Conde, 38, of Newton was indicted by the Sussex County Grand Jury on charges of aggravated sexual assaut, a first-degree crime, sexual assault, a second-degree crime, criminal sexual contact, a third-degree crime, criminal sexual contact, a fourth-degree crime, endangering the welfare of a child, a second-degree crime, manufacturing child pornography, a first-degree crime, possession of child pornography, a fourth-degree crime, and making terroristic threats, a third-degree crime.

    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next two weeks.

    Craig Hysland, 44, of Sussex was indicted by a the Sussex County Grand Jury on charges of third-degree making terroristic threats and third-degree resisting arrest.

    Police said the Defendant fled from law enforcement and issued terroristic threats against the responding officers as they attempted to subdue him.

    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next two weeks.

    Dec. 23
    Michael T. Depasquale, 30, of Wantage pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of attempting to possess a controlled dangerous substance.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 7.

    He admitted that on Oct. 5, 2013, he asked another individual to deliver 20 bags of heroin to his place of work, but the delivery was intercepted by his employer.

    Matthew A. Waldron, 27 of Newton pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 28.

    He admitted to distributing nine bags of heroin on April 11, 2013. in the town of Newton to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force.

    Jan. 6
    Michelle Murray, 45, of Hopatcong, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license, a fourth-degree crime and the motor-vehicle violation of driving while intoxicated.

    Sentencing is scheduled for March 21.

    Murray admitted that on Aug. 29, 2012, in the borough of Hopatcong, she operated a motor vehicle during a time in which her license was suspensed and while intoxicated.

    Gina Thornton, 26, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to burglary and theft, both third-degree crimes.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 28.

    Thornton admitted that on December 23, 2013, in Vernon Township, she entered the Country Deli when it was not opened to the public and stole money and merchandise.
