Taste of Vernon to kick off May

VERNON — Once again, enjoy the sweet and savory at the “Second Annual Taste of Vernon.”
Some of the area's finest purveyors will feature fresh culinary samples: The Candy Apple Shoppe, Lamp Post Inn, The George Inn, Smokey's Brick Oven Tavern, Drunken Cherry Restaurant, Milano's Italian Restaurant, Gencarelli's Restaurant, Tomato Garden, Healthy Thymes Market, Blissful Bites Cupcakes, Rose Mountain Chocolatier, and Top of the Mountain Honey Farm.
The “Second Annual Taste of Vernon” will be held Monday, May 1, 6-9 p.m. at Heaven Hill Farm, Route 94, in Vernon.
Appreciate the tastes of area restaurants, eateries, and caterers, while bidding on items during the silent auction.
