VERNON — Despite a chilly day with a milky sky, on Saturday Maple Grange Park was quite crowded with trick-or-treaters and residents’ well-decorated minivans that even included a front-loading tractor.
The “Trunk or Treat” event first held in 2013 was again a success with both the upper and lower parking lots that lead to the picnic building filled to capacity.
The two-hour event included crafts, spooky live music by Tommy, and a contest for best decorated trunk.
