VERNON — More than 100 Vernon seniors attended the annual holiday party held at the Vernon Senior Center. The luncheon included sausage and peppers, chicken breast in a white sauce, and an apple and cinnamon cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
Music was provided by D.J. Allan Boles of Lake Stockholm who offered for dancing, karaoke, and sing-a-longs. Billion dollar chocolate bars were given out my Mr. And Mrs. Santa Claus who were portrayed by Tony and Barbara Laufnick.
