Thomas Mead, 51, of Highland Lakes was charged with driving driving while intoxicated and driving intoxicated with a minor in the car.
Police said they received a call from a concerned motorist informing them of a possible drunk driver. Police said they received a report of a vehicle swerving all over the roadway.
Police said they located the vehicle at the Crystal Springs condominium complex and it was still occupied by driver.
Police said Mead fouled field sobriety tests.
He was later released to a friend pending a fuure Municipal Court date.
