Vernon Womans Club celebrates holidays

VERNON — The Vernon Township Woman's Club celebrated the holiday season at its December meeting.
The group was entertained by students from the Vernon Township High School String Ensemble, which performed a variety of classic holiday music.
After the performance, the club members held their monthly meeting which featured an Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest.
The Vernon Township Woman’s Club meets monthly from September through June at the Vernon Senior Citizens’ Center, and is dedicated to serving the community through charitable and philanthropic programs.
