Parent volunteer Andrea Barnable of Barry Lakes kept a watchful eye on the children using the Velcro Wall. There were three inflatable attractions for the kids, plus a lot more.

"Flip a Chick" was fun. The idea is for the rubber chickens to land in the baskets.

This inflatable basketball novelty was popular with the kids during Walnut Ridge Primary School's end of school year carnival.

Inflatable slides are always a big hit at fairs and carnivals.

Although they tried, the bell at the top didn't ring a lot on Friday.

The children enjoyed using air pumps to explode balloons.
VERNON — As the school year winds down, Walnut Ridge Primary School offered its students a whole lot of fun on Friday.
There were three inflatable attractions for the kids, plus a lot more for them to try out.
This “Fun Day” was provided by the school’s School and Community Association (SCA). According to Principal Rosemary Gebhardt, each of the students received a Walnut Ridge teddy bear to bring home with them.
In addition to the regular faculty, parent volunteers also helped to ensure that everything was safely enjoyed by the students.
