The Women’s Entrepreneurial Network, “Team WEN,” will have its annual “Women in Business Retreat.”

This informative and inspirational day is designed for women who run their own direct sales or small brick and mortar business, and need guidance and motivation in the ever changing market place.

The retreat begin on Saturday, April 5, at 9 a.m. at the Crystal Springs Country Clu with a full day of workshops, round tables and networking that will conclude at 4 p.m.

“Our main focus this year will be helping women boost their skills in creating and maintaining client/customer bases; balancing work, home and a full-time job; and letting go of limitations and seeking their passion,” says Lauren Fraser, co-founder of Team WEN. “We are also asking attendants to dress comfortably, since we will be learning some relaxation techniques toward the end of the day that can be used in their day-to-day lives."

Team WEN began its inaugural year on Sept. 1 with more than 45 members from the Northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania area joining the group. Team WEN was founded by sisters, Lauren Fraser and Heather Donnelly as a way to assist women in the creation and promotion of their businesses, whether they are online, home-based businesses, or traditional brick and mortar businesses.

“This retreat will be the icing on the cake for our WEN members,” Donnelly said. “In just 7 short months our WEN members have taken our instruction and literally turned their businesses around. We are looking forward to sharing our team members successes with potential new members.”

The Keynote speaker will be Tracy Ware-Justice, project leader at BASF Corporation. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Spots should be reserved by March 31 and will cost $45 for WEN annual members; $65 guests/non members. Reserve a spot by emailing heather@TeamWEN.com.
