Zweier, Lepera, Magee elected to Vernon school board

    David Zweier garnered the most votes as he, Lori Lepera and Lauren Magee won three-year seats on the Vernon Township School District Board of Education.
    Zweier received 6,352 votes, Magee got 6,182 votes and LePera had 5,562 votes.
    Robert P. Hughes finished fourth with 6,352 votes.
    At High Point Regional High School, Kyle Vealey earned 2,878 votes to secure a three-year term for a Wantage seat on the school board. Christine Keller finished second with 2,712 votes, while William Kehoe finished third with 2,699 votes.
    Danner finished fourth.
    In Sussex Borough, Republican Frank Dykstra scored 417 votes to earn a 1-year unexpired term on the Borough Council. He defeated Democrat Albert L. Decker.
    Incumbent Republican George Graham and fellow Republican Sylvia Petillo won the race for two three-year terms on the Sussex County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
    Graham received 39,845 and Sylvia Petillo had 37,544 votes. Michele Van Allen and Michael Riley Mills were third and fourth.
