Local Scouts lend a hand

Members of Franklin Boy Scout Troop 90 helped with the Northern NJ Collie Club’s annual dog show at the Littell Center recently. The boys set up the room for the show and helped the collie owners with their cages and gear. The Scouts held a flag ceremony to start the show and returned to clean up and pack up afterwards.
