Completion dates are often weather-dependent. . Andover Borough: repaving of Route 517 starting mid-August. Byram Township: resurfacing on I-80 westbound, west of Hope-Johnsonburg Road to east of Ledgewood Avenue; lane closures from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.; estimated completion August 2009. Hope Township: I-80 westbound; milling and paving between west of Exit 12 - CR 521/Hope-Blairstown Road (Hope Township) and east of Exit 27 - NJ 183/US 206 (Roxbury Township- see below), left lane closed 4 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Friday; right lane closed through Aug. 15 on Wed., Thurs., Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. - 6 a.m. Ogdensburg: Route 517; gas line installation from Sparta at I-181, through Ogdensburg and Franklin to Route 23; lane closures and lengthy delays will occur until further notice; estimated completion end of August. Roxbury Township: I-80; construction westbound between east of Exit 27 - NJ 183/US 206 (Roxbury Township) and west of Exit 12 - CR 521/Hope-Blairstown Road (Hope Township - see above), left lane closed from 4 a.m. until 2 p.m., Monday - Friday; right lane closed through Aug. 15 - closed Wed.,Thurs., Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. - 6 a.m. Also I-80 westbound between east of Exit 28 - CR 631/US 46 (Roxbury Township) and Exit 12 - CR 521/Hope-Blairstown Road (Hope Township); right shoulder blocked from 7 a.m- 4 p.m. Route 80: NJDOT to resurface eight miles in Bergen and Passaic counties starting mid-August on Route 80 EB from west of Madison Ave. to Polify Road in Bergen and Passaic counties and.75 miles of I-80 WB in Paterson, Passaic County. Both directions will be resurfaced from mileposts 58.25 to 58.98 in Paterson, Passaic County; scheduled completion in October 2009. A second project will repair I-80 eastbound, including bridge decks, from milepost 58.2 to milepost 65.4 in Paterson, Elmwood Park, Saddle Brook, Lodi and Hackensack, beginning at Route 19 interchange at milepost 58.2 in Paterson; scheduled completion Dec. 2010; single and double lane closures on this portion of I-80.
