Murphy is Coldwell's top sales associate

VERNON - Veteran Broker/Sales Associate Jean Murphy of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, was recently honored for her outstanding sales performance in 2003. A member of the company's Vernon office, located at 546 Route 515, Murphy was recognized for her achievements at the annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Awards Luncheon, held at the Hilton New York on March 30. Ms. Murphy was acknowledged as the 2003 Associate of the Year in the Vernon office in Total Production, Listings Sold and Buyer-Controlled Sales, and recognized as a member of the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle. Based on her sales achievements, Ms. Murphy subsequently earned a company-paid trip to the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, which she attended this past February in Las Vegas, Nevada. Murphy was a recipient of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award for generating a sales and listings sold volume of nearly $13,000,000. She is also a member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club, an honor distinguishing long-term sales success.
