Neill A. Schreyer has been appointed senior vice president/commercial lending officer for SussexBank on Route 23 in Franklin. Schreyer is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans for SussexBank, with specific responsibilities for underwriting and approving commercial loans, analyzing potential loan markets to develop prospects for loans, and meeting growth targets for the lending portfolio. A 30-year banking veteran, Schreyer most recently served as senior vice president/chief loan officer at Noble Community Bank, which merged with Highlands State Bank.
