New toy store in Village holds grand opening this weekend

Lafayette - After managing a specialty children’s toy store for six years, Lisa Deleshaw, along with her fiancé Vincent Mantone, will open the doors to their own toy store this Saturday. Ms. Lisa’s Toys will hold its Grand Opening this weekend in Olde Lafayette Village. Doors open Saturday at 10 a.m. Deleshaw says her store’s shelves will be stocked with toys for children from birth to young teen. Product lines include Melissa & Doug, Alex, Manhattan Toy and more, and she will have a wide variety of games, puzzles, science and arts and crafts. Starting in April, Deleshaw will reprise her American Girl Club, she began four years ago under her former employer, Childsplayspot.
