Parent-tot fitness program moves to Vernon

Vernon — FIT Beginnings, originally from Warwick, N.Y., will be joining Vernon Valley Karate. Beginning March 30, all classes will be held inside the karate school located on Theta Avenue in Vernon. FIT Beginnings, LLC offers a variety of classes for parents and children, from fitness to music.
