Police ask for help in solving burglaries

Hamburg — On Monday, Dec. 15, the Hamburg Police Department received three separate reports of burglaries to vehicles parked in Heritage Lakes, which occurred sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning. All three vehicles were unlocked, and assorted items were stolen from each of the vehicles. Residents of this development, and elsewhere, are reminded to lock their vehicles and to remove valuables when parked. Anyone who may have seen suspicious persons or activities on Sunday evening or Monday morning are asked to contact Sgt. Erik Aronson or Det.
