Policy on letters prior to election

Political letters to the editor are welcome. Please be advised, however, that since our next issue — May 28 will be the last issue prior to the June 2 primary election, we will print only letters that are in favor of candidates. We will not print letters bashing other candidates, but will be happy to print those that endorse candidates, as space permits.
