Real Estate companies merge

Coldwell Banker Heritage in Newton and Century 21 Gross and Jansen Realtors in Andover have merged. Susan Pasquali will be the new manager of the Century 21 Gross and Jansen Realtors’ Andover office and most of her experienced agents will be joining her. Century 21 Gross and Jansen was established in 1975 by Ruth Jansen Realty located in Vernon. The company specializes in Sussex County and has offices in Vernon, Sparta, Branchville, Andover, and a full service commercial division in Vernon.
