Real estate course begins May 11

SUSSEX — Sussex County Community College’s Continuing Education program is offering the New Jersey Real Estate pre-licensing course May 11 through May 29. Students are required to take this 75-hour pre-licensing course before they can take the New Jersey state examination to become a licensed real estate salesperson. The session will run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate, which is used to gain admission into the state exam.
