School children get fit at the Y

Hardyston — Immaculate Conception Regional School and The YMCA of Hardyston are teaming up in a program in which the school’s physical education classes are being held at The YMCA. The program will run through March. Each class from third- through eighth-grade will attend three times. The goal is to offer scheduled swimming and recreational activities for the students and to give them opportunities to be more active. The school credits Sussex Bank and Lakeland Bank for making donations to the program.
