ShopRite holds Super expo to attract catering customers

Franklin - ShopRite in Franklin spotlighted its catering capabilities on Saturday and Sunday. The small catering expo had a Super Bowl theme and was similar in layout to a trade show. The samplings at each station showcased items particularly appropriate for Super Bowl parties, such as appetizers (finger sandwiches, wraps and platters), produce (an assortment of dips and crudités), seafood (assorted shrimp platters) and bakery (bread, cakes and desert platters). “We are hoping that people will sample what we have to offer and place orders for next week,” said assistant manager John Reinhart. ShopRite of Franklin associates attended the stations, answered questions and accepted orders. Special incentives were available for orders placed during the Expo.
