E-Z Sports Training opens in Vernon

VERNON — E-Z Sports Tranining is open to baseball and softball players of all ages.
Trainers will teach the proper techniques for batting, pitching infield mechanics and speed and agility. Trainers will work with each player on an individual basis and also offers video analysis with corrections.
The indoor facility, located at 5 Theta Drive, Unit C, is fully equipped to improve any player.
