WANTAGE — Margo Peterson scored a game-high 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, leading High Point to a 60-42 win over Warren Hills.
The Wildcats took a commanding 31-13 lead over the Warren Hills Blue Streaks by the halftime break. High Point kept up the momentum in the second half and halted Warren Hills' undefeated winning streak in the process. It was High Point's fourth straight victory.
Trisha Peterson scored 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds for the Wildcats (6-1). Emily Mulvoy scored 9 points and made six assists.
Nicole Mallard scored a team-high 15 points for Warren Hills (5-1). Heather Laffan contributed 12 points. Devyn Gara contributed 11 points.
