The Vernon Rotary Club will host the Amos Phillips Golf Outing on Friday, May 9, at Wild Turke Golf Course in Hamburg.

The outing will benefit the philanthropic programs sponsored by the Vernon Rotary. Phillips was a charter member, who positively affected many in the community.

Registration will be at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m., and will include lunch, beer, and dinner.

There are door prizes, prizes for scoring, raffle prizes, and a silent auction. Sponsorships for tee signs are $100 and other sponsorships are available. The registration cutoff date is May 2, 2014.
