VERNON — The Vernon Girls Softball Student Athlete Scholarship Fundraiser took place on Saturday, April 25.
The Vernon Girls Softball League held a simultaneous bake sale at the entrance of the Vernon Township A&P grocery store and a car wash at the Vernon Township Fire Department building.
The Vernon Girls Softball League consists of numerous teams from elementary school age to middle school age.
The Vernon Girls Softball League is involved in fundraising activities throughout the season. The league's next fundraising event is The Vernon Girls Softball League's 4th Annual Golf Outing on Friday, May 1, at Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg.
