Spring was in the air

This year’s Springfest Flower & Garden Show brought a welcome warmth to the chilly late winter air, March 11 through 14 at the state fairgrounds. Crowds packed the many halls where flowers, plants and all things green could be found. Smiling faces were everywhere as visitors reveled in the sunny atmosphere.
