    Nov. 9 Stephen P. Pollack, 20, of Vernon was sentenced to four years drug court probation, 98 days jail, inpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Oct. 5 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing three bags of heroin during a motor vehicle stop on April 9 by Vernon Police Officer S. Fitzgerald. Michael Trivisani, 19, of Sussex was sentenced to two years drug court probation, 60 days jail, inpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Oct. 28 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing 18 bags of heroin on July 22 in Vernon. The matter was investigated by Vernon Police Officer S. Fitzgerald. Lisa A. Procacci, 19, of Hopatcong was sentenced to three years drug court probation, 29 days jail, inpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. She pled guilty on Oct. 28 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to possessing nine bags of heroin with trace amounts when arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on Aug. 8, by Hopatcong Police Officer M. Antonello. Michael W. Elias, 19, of Monroe Township pled guilty to the second crime of accomplice liability to possess with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous. He admitted to assisting another individual in the distribution of LSD on Aug. 5 in the Township of Green. Krista L. Dougherty, 24, of Hamburg pled guilty to the fourth crime of criminal trespass, fourth degree theft of a debit card and third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to entering an apartment without permission on April 3 in Hardyston. She admitted to stealing a friend’s debit card and withdrawing $500 dollars on Aug. 4 in Franklin. That matter was investigated by New Jersey State Trooper J. Torres. She admitted to possessing a bag of heroin in Montague Township on Aug. 13. That matter was investigated by New Jersey State Trooper D. Valdez. Andrew Healey, 49, of Dingmans Ferry, PA pled guilty to the third crime of attempted prescription fraud. He admitted to attempting to obtain Percocet by altering a prescription that he submitted to a pharmacy in Wantage. The matter was investigated by New Jersey State Trooper A. Coleman. Amanda Finck, 22, of Wantage pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to possessing 46 bags containing trace amounts of heroin during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Feb. 17 by Sparta Police Officer F. Schomp. Nov. 10 Amanda M. Knight, 22, of Newton was sentenced to four years probation, continue substance abuse treatment and $1,205 in fines. She pled guilty on Sept. 16 to the third degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 of a school. She admitted to distributing two bags of heroin to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force in the Adam Street parking lot in Newton on Dec. 17, 2008, which is within 1,000 of St. Joseph’s School.
