Sussex woman arrested

On Feb. 7 Talia M. Phalon, 26, of Sussex, was arrested in Chester, N.Y., on an outstanding bench warrant and also charged with bail jumping in the third degree. She was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail and is due to appear in the town court on March 2.
