Teacher of the year shines at Franklin Elementary School

Franklin Borough School recognized Connie Domicolo as its 2009 Teacher of the Year. A special education teacher in the district for 31 years, her peers describe her as kind, caring and sensitive to the needs of her students. She uses a variety of individualized strategies to help her students succeed and develop positive self images. In announcing her honor, school officials said: “Mrs. Domicolo is an inspiration to both the students and faculty at Franklin Borough School.”
