    Feb. 5 While on patrol, Ptl. Charles Reid observed a 2004, red Jeep Cherokee traveling south on Route 94. Ptl. Reid observed the Jeep braking numerous times for no apparent reason and crossing over the double yellow center lines, as well as the white fog line. Ptl. Reid conducted a series of roadside sobriety tests which the driver, Elizabeth Boyle, 46, of Vernon failed. Boyle was placed under arrest and transported to Vernon Police Headquarters. At headquarters, she was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to submit to breath tests and failure to keep right. She was released pending an appearance in Vernon Township Municipal Court later this month
