The Boy Scouts of Troop 48 recently hiked the Appalachian Trail, stopping to enjoy the view from the Culver Fire Tower. The Troop spent the weekend camping, hiking and learning Scouting skills. Troop 48 has a strong outdoor program for boys 11 years old (or having finished fifth-grade) and older in the greater Wallkill Valley.
