What's going on?

This sign in the window of Pieceful Choices, a sewing shop on Route 94 in McAfee, tells it all. Directly across the street from the shop, the large excavation project can be seen. At the moment it appears as piles of dirt. But soon, as Maureen Lasslett’s sign says, it will be transformed.
