From one mom to another

To the mom of Stephen Celentano,

Today I cried (a lot) as I read the write up for your son on the one year anniversary of his passing. I do not know you and I unfortunately wasn't lucky enough to have met your son during his time here on earth, but I wanted you to know that your words were so amazing and beautiful that they will have a life-long effect on me and I'm guessing on many others out there as well. As a mom and one who has experienced the loss of a baby, I still can't even begin to imagine being in your shoes. I just wanted to thank you for reminding us how special the people in each of our own lives are and how important it is to cherish the time we have them. Your son's memory will live on forever, of that I am sure. In my home, his memory will live on through your writings which adorn my refrigerator among the pictures and drawings from my own children. Here's to Stephen!
