We live in the freest, most successful, most powerful and the most benevolent nation that has ever been on the face of this earth.
As citizens of this country, where we have inalienable God-given rights, we need to make sure we get out and vote in the upcoming November election.
We must vote for the right candidate who has the right values, will stand their ground with purpose and courage, and who doesn’t just want to glorify themselves.
I know of such an individual. Her name is Sandy Ooms and she is running for a seat on the Vernon Town Council.
Sandy Ooms is one of the most intelligent and knowledgeable people that I know. She has led a life serving others and is well-respected among her peers.
Sandy believes in interacting with individuals ethically, honestly and honorably. She is straightforward, reliable, follows through on commitments, and will never use her position to mistreat, abuse, neglect or deceive others to her advantage.
Sandy will also never use her position for personal gain, selfish agendas or make promises she doesn’t intend to keep.
She is a just leader who will only use her position to benefit the people in her jurisdiction and will bring more stability and social order to Vernon.
My hope for this coming election is that the citizens of Vernon see Sandy Ooms’s many qualifications and cast a vote for this special individual who radiates a bright inner light. We need Sandy Ooms!
