Petition drive not done out of spite

I believe the will of the people is good government. If the majority of Vernon voters want Mayor Marotta to get a raise, then he will. This petition drive was not prompted by hatred or spite, but rather this administration's total disregard and disrespect for the results of the last salary ordinance referendum. Oh well, try, try again.
