Rossi understands the financial challenges residents face in their lives and the hardships experienced by residents, especially those on fixed incomes, to continue living in Vernon.
His three children have graduated from the Vernon schools.
He is determined to use his skills and experience leading cross-functional teams to bring transparency, community involvement and fiscal discipline to Vernon.
Rossi has 25 years of experience as a systems engineer and has dealt with highly complex issues within some of the world’s leading institutions.
I believe Vernon desperately requires this experience of using data information and sound business skills to maintain the services residents expect.
