Highland Lakes enjoyed the spooky paddle on Sunday, joining New Jersey towns like Sparta, Spring Lake, Long Beach Island and Bay Head.
Lake residents joined in the fun with exceptionally lovely weather. After the paddle “witches” and locals relaxed on the beach to partake in a “witch-nic” (picnic).
