Franklin. Franklin Revolver & Rifle Association held a pistol match fundraiser in September. All match proceeds and donations from club members and attendees enabled Franklin R&R to present a check for $860 to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice. Franklin R&R invited members of the hospice team to attend a future introduction to firearms class. This program will consist of classroom instruction on firearm safety and basic pistol shooting on the range, with a personal coach for each participant. These community service programs are made possible by grants received from the Friends of NRA.
